  2. 2 cups Maida:
  3. 1/3 tsp Carom seeds(Ajwain):
  4. 1/3 tsp Onion seeds (Kalonji):
  5. 1 1/2 tbsp Ghee:
  6. as required Water to knead
  7. or you can ditch maida and make wheat tortillas, just switch maida with wheat flour
  8. For Soya keema filling:
  9. 8-9 Garlic cloves finely chopped
  10. 3 Onions medium thinly sliced
  11. 1 1/2 Capsicum large thinly sliced
  12. 4-5 Baby corns thinly sliced
  13. 1/2 cup Sweet corns boiled
  14. 2 cups Soya granules
  15. 3 tsp Salt
  16. 1/2 tsp Pepper
  17. 1 tsp Red chilli
  18. 1 tsp Chilli flakes
  19. 3 1/2 tbsp Tomato ketchup
  20. 2 1/2 tbsp Red chilli sauce
  21. 1 1/2 tbsp Green chilli sauce
  22. 2/3 tbsp Soy sauce
  23. as needed Spring onions

Instructions to make to make Soya keema wrap (chinese style)

  1. Prepare all the ingredients
  2. In a wok, add oil and heat it. Then add chopped garlic and saute it.
  3. Once the galric turns a bit golden, add sliced onions and cook it till translucent.
  4. Now add sliced capsicum and baby corns.
  5. In the meanwhile, soak the soya granules in hot water and seive it.
  6. After cooking the veggies for 1-2 mins add boiled corns.
  7. Add salt
  8. Add pepper
  9. Add red chilli powder
  10. Add black pepper
  11. Add chilli flakes
  12. Mix it well.
  13. Add tomato ketchup
  14. Add red chilli sauce
  15. Add green chilli sauce
  16. Add soya sauce and mix well
  17. Add soya granules and mix it well.
  18. Add chopped spring onion and lwt it cook for a minute and turn off the flame
  19. Make tortillas usine maida or wheat dough
  20. Put some soya filing on it.
  21. Add some raw veggies and make a roll out of it.
  22. Grease a hot pan and place the wrap on it.
  23. Cook it from both sides
  24. Serve with ketchup or chutney
